The App

English Made Easy is a free mobile application that helps users learn essential English phrases. The App displays English phrases alongside translations and pronunciation guides in supported languages, plays audio recordings, and includes practice quizzes and a phrasebook.

The App is supported by advertisements provided through Google AdMob. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paywalled features in this version of the App.

License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on a device you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, or rent the App or its content
• Extract or scrape phrases, audio, translations, or other content for use in other products or services
• Use the App to develop a competing product
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms

Intellectual Property

All content in the App — including but not limited to phrases, translations, pronunciation guides, audio recordings, text, graphics, user interface, software, and the "English Made Easy" name and logo — is owned by Achieve Zone LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms grant you the right to use the App, not ownership of any of its content.

Advertisements

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. By using the App, you understand and agree that:

• Advertisements may appear before, during, or after certain features (including quizzes and the phrasebook)
• We do not control the specific ads shown to you
• Interaction with advertisements is governed by the privacy policy and terms of the advertiser and of Google
• We are not responsible for the content, claims, or conduct of advertisers

Referral Program

The App includes a referral feature in which each user is issued a randomly generated nine-digit code. When other users enter your code, you may unlock temporary ad-free access. Specifics:

• Rewards are granted automatically based on the number of successful referrals
• Reward thresholds and durations may change at any time at our discretion
• Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for anything other than the in-App benefit they describe
• We reserve the right to disqualify referrals we determine to be fraudulent, automated, or in violation of these Terms
• We may discontinue or modify the referral program at any time

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the App or any servers or networks connected to it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or any related systems
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to interact with the App
• Use the referral program in any fraudulent or manipulative way
• Impersonate any person or entity in connection with your use of the App

No Account; No User Content

The App does not require user accounts and does not provide a means for users to upload, post, or share content within the App. These Terms therefore do not address user-generated content. If a future version of the App introduces such features, these Terms will be updated accordingly.

Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including:

• Google Play Services and the Apple App Store (for distribution and platform integration)
• Google Firebase (for analytics, crash reporting, and referral tracking)
• Google AdMob (for advertising)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party service.

Disclaimers

Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Translations, pronunciation guides, or other linguistic content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

The App is an educational aid. It is not a substitute for professional language instruction, certification, or translation services. You should not rely on the App for any high-stakes communication where translation accuracy is critical (such as legal, medical, or contractual matters).

Limitation of Liability

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Achieve Zone LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any law or third-party right

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — will survive termination of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent changes. Material changes will be communicated through the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, stop using the App.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Achieve Zone LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
